장수말벌은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 이와 관련한 문의를 신속하게 처리하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
Jangsu Malbeol establishes and discloses this privacy policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
장수말벌은 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리합니다. 처리한 개인정보는 아래 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용하지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행합니다.
We process personal information for the purposes set out below. We do not use it for anything else, and if those purposes change we will take the steps required by Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, including asking for your consent separately.

장수말벌은 주민등록번호를 수집하지 않습니다. 건강 상태에 관한 정보는 현재 온라인으로 수집하지 않으며, 시술 당일 서면으로 확인합니다.
We do not collect resident registration numbers. Health information is not collected online; it is confirmed in writing on the day of the appointment.
예약 정보는 시술 완료 후 1년간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 이용자가 삭제를 요청하는 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다.
Booking information is kept for one year after the work is completed, then destroyed. If you ask us to delete it, we do so without delay.
다만 「문신사법」이 시행되는 2027년 10월 29일부터는 같은 법 제18조에 따라 시술 기록을 5년간 보관해야 하며, 시행 시점에 본 방침을 개정하여 안내하겠습니다.
From 29 October 2027, when the Tattooist Act takes effect, Article 18 of that Act will require procedure records to be kept for five years. We will revise this policy and tell you about it when that date arrives.
보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 개인정보 보호책임자가 파기 대상을 확인한 뒤 파기하며, 다른 법령에 따라 보존하여야 하는 경우에는 해당 정보를 별도로 분리하여 보관합니다.
Once the retention period has passed or the purpose has been fulfilled, personal information is destroyed without delay. The privacy officer confirms what is due for destruction before it is destroyed. Where other legislation requires information to be preserved, that information is separated out and stored apart.
전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제하고, 종이에 출력된 정보는 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기합니다.
Information held as electronic files is permanently deleted by a method that makes it unrecoverable; anything printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.

장수말벌은 위탁계약을 체결할 때 「개인정보 보호법」 제26조에 따라 개인정보의 안전한 관리에 관한 사항을 계약서에 명시하고, 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하는지 감독합니다. 위탁 업무의 내용이나 수탁자가 변경될 경우 본 방침을 통해 공개하겠습니다.
When entering into these agreements we set out the requirements for handling personal information safely, as Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act requires, and we monitor whether the processor is meeting them. If the work entrusted or the processor changes, we will disclose it here.

다만 「문신사법」이 시행되는 2027년 10월 29일부터는 같은 법 및 보건복지부 「문신 시술 표준 지침」에 따라 관할 행정기관(시장·군수·구청장)의 지도·점검이 있을 경우 시술 기록을 제시하여야 합니다. 이는 법령에 따른 것으로, 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조제1항제2호에 해당합니다.
There is one exception. From 29 October 2027, when the Tattooist Act takes effect, that Act and the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Standard Guidelines for Tattoo Procedures will require us to produce procedure records if the competent local authority (the mayor or district head) carries out an inspection. This is required by law and falls under Article 17(1)2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
또한 시술 중 또는 시술 후 인체에 중대한 이상반응이 발생한 경우 「문신사법」 제20조에 따라 관할 행정기관에 신고하여야 하며, 이때 관련 정보가 함께 제출될 수 있습니다.
In addition, if a serious adverse reaction occurs during or after a procedure, Article 20 of the Tattooist Act requires us to report it to the competent authority, and the related information may be submitted with that report.
장수말벌은 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8제2항에 따라 국외 이전에 관한 사항을 다음과 같이 공개합니다.
As required by Article 28-8(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act, we disclose the following about transfers abroad.

Article 28-8(1)3 of the Personal Information Protection Act — entrusting the processing and storage of personal information where this is necessary to enter into and perform a contract with the data subject.
위 1항의 수집 항목 전부 (이름, 연락처, 이메일, 생년월일, 시술 정보, 인스타그램 계정, 업로드 이미지, 해외 방문 정보)
Everything listed in section 1 — name, phone number, email, date of birth, procedure details, Instagram handle, uploaded images, and travel details for visitors from abroad.
위 2항의 보유 기간과 동일하며, 위탁계약 종료 시까지
The same period as in section 2, and in any event until the processing agreement ends.
현재 이전받은 개인정보를 제3국으로 재이전하는 사항은 없습니다.
At present none of the transferred information is passed on again to a third country.
정보주체는 개인정보의 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 아래 9항의 개인정보 보호책임자 연락처로 거부 의사를 알려주시면 온라인 예약 신청서를 통한 개인정보 처리를 중단합니다.
You may refuse to have your personal information transferred abroad. Tell the privacy officer listed in section 9 and we will stop processing your information through the online booking form.
다만 온라인 예약 신청 기능은 위 수탁자의 서비스를 기반으로 운영되므로, 거부하시는 경우 온라인 예약 신청서를 이용하실 수 없습니다. 이 경우 담당 아티스트와 카카오톡 또는 인스타그램을 통한 상담으로 예약을 진행하실 수 있으며, 이용에 불이익은 없습니다.
Because the online booking form runs on those processors' services, refusing does mean you cannot use the form. You can still book by talking to your artist directly on KakaoTalk or Instagram, and you will not be disadvantaged in any way for choosing that route.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
You may exercise any of the following rights over your own information at any time.
권리 행사는 아래 9항의 개인정보 보호책임자에게 서면이나 이메일로 요청하실 수 있으며, 장수말벌은 이에 대해 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다. 대리인을 통하여 요청하는 경우에는 위임장을 제출해 주셔야 합니다.
Send your request in writing or by email to the privacy officer in section 9, and we will act on it without delay. If someone is making the request on your behalf, they will need to provide written authorisation.
열람·정정·삭제 요구는 「개인정보 보호법」에서 정하는 바에 따라 제한될 수 있으며, 다른 법령에서 그 개인정보를 보존하도록 하고 있는 경우에는 삭제를 요구할 수 없습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
These rights may be limited where the Personal Information Protection Act allows, and information that other legislation requires us to preserve cannot be deleted on request. We do not collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
